The Eneabba Rare Earths Project, led by Iluka Resources, required specialised support to ensure effective construction planning and execution. This involved providing expert advice on constructability, developing scheduling services, and creating lifting and modularisation concepts and studies. Additionally, Pantera assisted in contractor selection and evaluation, playing a key role in the formation of the construction segment of the EPCM/Owner team. The aim was to optimise construction processes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
