Chris Emer is a senior construction manager with extensive experience in the mining and resource sector, both on and off-site. Chris held pivotal senior management roles at Monadelphous Infrastructure, where he was responsible for driving acquisitions, overseeing integration processes, and spearheading business growth initiatives. Chris is renowned for his proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects across diverse sectors, with a strong emphasis on safety and fostering effective team collaboration.

Brett Mastaglia is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in mineral processing, SMP construction, and complex manufacturing. After working alongside Brett across several organisations, bringing him into the Pantera team was the obvious next step.
